I think I just had a mental breakdown I can’t stop shaking and crying…
find a warm, quiet spot to sit and cuddle up in a comforter/duvet w/ some books. don’t think about what’s getting you down, just keep your head up. (or sometimes i just take a shower and it helps me because water and warmth)

i usually take a nap/ take it out on my characters when I’m down so if that helps too
