when marisha gestures too widely/wildly and almost smacks taliesin in the face with her hand or elbow
taliesin aiming with an imaginary gun while matt describes his shot, mimicking the recoil when matt makes the sound effect
sam’s face. just. sam’s face at any given time
liam’s cheesy endorsements of wormwood gaming/sam’s “check out our t-shirts at geekandsundry.com, that’s geekandsundry.com” whenever whispering is happening
the reactions when someone rolls a natural 20 or a natural 1
yelling so loud they almost overload the fuckin mic when Hype Shit happens
“you can certainly try”

someone suggesting something weird or unusual and matt going “go ahead and make a…” and pausing as he tries to figure out what kind of fuckin check this will be
laura going “oh jeeze louise” or cursing loudly, there’s no in between
I’ve only been in this fandom for like a month and in that month i saw Matt Mercer take the bury your gays trope and crush it with a display of the most badass magic. I’m seeing more and more incredible queer characters show up and their sexuality just being taken as completely normal. I saw the cast openly show support for the orlando shooting (something that may have made me cry quite a bit). The fans of the show seem lovely and despite there being thousands of overlapping ships, people arent arses about it (in fact to settle the issue I’m seeing a lot of polyamorous headcanons which is just so great)
For someone who was pretty much giving up hope with most tv shows/webseries/movies with shitty queer representation or bad writing with characters i just don’t care about, I’m so glad I discovered this show.
I’m looking forward to being a part of this fandom and following the insane lives of Vox Machina
just so u all know drawing all the time and filling sketchbooks doesnt work for everybody and isnt feasible for everyone so if you dont do one or either of those things, that doesnt make you any less of an artist it took me a while to realize that
drawing all the time could actually have the opposite effect for some people and make art seem more like a chore and get u frustrated and upset so just take a break…i usually draw once every few daws, maybe once a week its okay and it doesnt make your art any less serious just because you cant do it all the time
Earlier today, Jo Cox, a Labour MP in Northern England, was stabbed and shot at an event in a library.
It has just been confirmed that she has died due to the attack.
She was a great campaigner and humanitarian, and has left behind a husband and two children.
This kind of event happens rarely in the UK, and so this is terrifying and destabilising that such a horrific thing has happened to such a compassionate person.
Can thoughts on Tumblr turn to the UK today please, and turn to remember a woman who has been brutally murdered after a lifetime of trying to build a better country.
The whole sense8 pride filming is making me so emotional
Because gay kisses in movies and tv shows are always a political statement, carefully calculated, there are gay kisses quotas and everything.
The sense8 cast though? They all kissed each other off camera, even actors that had nothing to do with the lgbt storylines. They were just like “Yeah why not, we’re cute, kissing is nice, no big deal”. None of them worried about people perceiving them as gay and none of them worried about the gender of the other person. They are friends, they were happy and so they kissed. Simple as that. And it didn’t have to mean anything else than a cute gesture between two people.
I don’t know I feel like this is such a huge fuck you to toxic masculinity.
