Is there a word/thing for whenever you try to complain about someone or try to help them by telling them something they don’t like, they imply you’re crazy and tell you you’re ungrateful? Is that a type of emotional abuse? I need an outside perspective on this so I know I’m not making a big deal out of nothing
That kinda sounds like gaslighting? Like misleading you or invalidating your point by trying to make you sound dumb/crazy? idk I don’t know much about it but I suggest starting there for answers, but if it is that then yes, that’s a form of emotional abuse
