a tip to people wanting to tone blond/yellow hair/somewhat brassy hair (but not quite orange or banded) but don’t want to damage their hair with toners from stores: use conditioner + a SMALL dab of manic panic’s ultra violet to counteract yellow tones and/or an even smaller dab of manic panic’s rockabilly blue (this blue is very potent so it needs to be an even smaller amount than the purple) to counteract orange tones !!! leave in for 1-3 hours or as long as you want and wash out with cold water !!

i forgot to add this works better on dry hair and you can do this as many times as you want in one day !!! each time you do it it will work better and better and it’s possible to get to from yellow hair to white with this method (i’ve done it before) !
