This is something I needed, but didn’t hear anyone tell me, so I’ll say it to you:

• Today the sun rose over the UK and Europe, the same way it always has. It’ll rise again tomorrow. 
• The UK will take about 2 years minimum to undergo the process of leaving. Some members of parliament will try to stall the leaving process. There’s still time to brace yourself, to be strong, to move on. Life continues. 
• Regardless of all that has happened, you continue to breathe. Your favorite song can still play. Your smile is there for whoever you want to give it to. Politics can’t take that away from you. You’ve lived this long. You exist. You’ll get through this.

This is important. Everything is a process and everything is moving forwards, upwards, towards better things. It’s just hard to see that when you’re part of it.
