Is it just g(x) minus h(x) and then times it by -8? Because something tells me its not right…
Okay, so you want to add H and G together, while substituting the X with an -8. so instead of (-3x–3)[which is G]–(3x–2)[which is H] and then multiplying that by -8, you actually want to do (-3(-8)–3) – (3(-8)–2)
I’d probably be able to explain it better by writing it out or finishing the question for you, but I can’t write it through Tumblr and finishing it for you isn’t going to really help you.
