Fans of the team say they were misled after being confronted by activists on a yet-to-air show.Yeah it’s almost like the fans were upset they might be shamed because of their identity. That’s totally not fair right? 😛
But as much as we’d love to be all “Haw-haw” at racists being confronted by their victims, tbh this stunt sounds pretty dangerous and maybe irresponsible by the Daily Show.
I still don’t understand why the name “Redskins” is perceived as okay to use by so many people. The term is so ignorant and derogatory and really needs to be changed. I hope people actually realize that the team name they love so much is actually pretty racist.
