It never was The Cage…

Random idea that popped into my head after stumbling upon the voltz series again, and rewatching the Red Matter moment. What if Nick Cage never sent them this stuff, and it was Rythian all along, hoping to laugh his butt off as the duo sets off the bomb. This is probably why we never see him in other minecraft series: he causes mayhem from behind the scenes.

What other problems are actually his doing? 

And what’s happened to the actual Nick Cage…
